Delivery
Production time
We make the order within 3–5 working days of payment. After that it waits at the office or travels to a parcel machine — add the delivery time to the production time. If production is delayed, we will tell you.
Delivery methods
Collection from our office — free
Rīga, Krustpils iela 54c, 2nd floor, Monday to Friday, 11:00–19:00. We will let you know as soon as the order is ready.
Parcel machines — Omniva, DPD, Venipak, Unisend
- Latvia — from €1.99
- Estonia and Lithuania — from €2.45
- Finland and Sweden — DPD, €17.00
Delivery is free on orders from €100 — with any carrier.
You choose the carrier and the parcel machine during checkout, where the exact price is also shown. When the parcel reaches the machine you will get a notice with the code.
Free collection from the office is selected by default. If you need delivery, switch to a parcel machine at checkout.
If the parcel is not collected
A parcel waits in the parcel machine for the period set by the carrier. If it is not collected, it comes back to us and sending it again is a paid service. We will get in touch to agree what to do.
Damaged packaging
Check the packaging when you receive the parcel. If it is damaged, record this with the carrier and write to info@gaussworkshop.com — we will sort it out together.
Payment
You can pay by bank link or by payment card (Visa, Mastercard). The list of banks is shown at checkout; it covers banks in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Finland. The money is taken as soon as the order is confirmed.
Payments are processed by the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS (the MakeCommerce platform). We never see or store card details.
When paying by bank link, press “Back to merchant” on the bank’s page after confirming — otherwise the order may stay unconfirmed.
Prices include value added tax at 21 %. The order confirmation with the amount arrives by email; if your company needs an invoice, write to us.
