Who has the right of withdrawal
A consumer — a natural person buying goods for purposes outside their trade or profession — may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.
When there is no right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised — Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255, point 22.3. In our shop that covers everything created in the design tool or made from the buyer’s artwork: stickers, printed T-shirts, banners, flags, business cards, flyers, stamps and similar products.
The right of withdrawal does apply to ready-made goods from the shop that are not made to order.
If the goods are damaged, the print is faulty or the item does not match the order, this limitation does not apply — see “Damaged or non-conforming goods”.
How to notify us
Fill in the withdrawal form below — a confirmation with the date and time will arrive by email. You can also write freely to info@gaussworkshop.com, giving the order number and the items. It is enough to send the notice within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to return the goods
The goods must be handed over within 14 days of sending the notice. You can bring them to Rīga, Krustpils iela 54c, 2nd floor, on working days from 11:00 to 19:00, or send them by post. The buyer bears the cost of return.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including delivery to you up to the cost of the cheapest delivery we offer, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal. The money is refunded the same way it was paid.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the buyer’s proof that they have been sent.
You may examine and try on the goods as you would in a shop. If they have been used more than is needed to check their properties, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the loss in value.
Damaged or non-conforming goods
If the goods are damaged, the print is faulty or the item does not match the order, write to info@gaussworkshop.com within two years of receiving them. We give a written reply within 15 working days. We make the item again or refund the money, including delivery; in that case we cover the cost of return.
If the lack of conformity becomes apparent within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery — the buyer does not have to prove it.
